Another week working in the Bay area – decided to reward myself and indulge. I have wanted to go to this place since I saw it from a plane at sunset flying from LA to Seattle years ago. Yes, it is also a well-known spot. This afternoon I drove from the Bay (4+ hour drive but interesting after the first 90 minutes). To complete my conversion from stressed-out worker guy, I saw me a bear right before check-in to my post-hantavirus tent palace.  Plans for a big hike tomorrow, hope the logistics work out…
