No wind. Race committee took a vote for/against cancellation. Waited 45 minutes and no wind. On the 2nd vote race cancelled. 8 minutes later the wind arrived. Had 2 informal starts with Moya anyway and it was way-fun. Sailed with KH and JG. 7+/10.
Too bad for Anthonys because there were 8 J/24s, 2 J/29s, a J/46 and a McG70. It would have been a great race. The J/24s ran their own informal LONG windward/leeward while we our short starts.
Reminder – get bungee cord for Halsey Lidgard leech. Electrical tape. Forestay sag? Adjust inner shrouds.

We were going to wait until the rain stopped to go for a walk in the woods, but it didn’t stop. We did get to see fresh black bear digs! One big paw and one teeny tiny one smaller than our dog’s paw print! We will stick to doing hikes together for a little while.
