Time to head home after camping – stopped at Lake Quinault to kayak. The lake is within the tribal land so there is a fee to launch a boat. The decal is my $15 souvenir. The lake is bigger than I thought – and of course as soon as I got to the river draining into the lake the wind came up and I had a long slog back against the waves. Note to self – paddle mountain lakes before 11:00 am.
