Participated. Took the rv-like Cat 22 and port tacked the fleet and headed north along the shore into the lightning storm (2nd time this happened during a race this year – remarkable – it is partly due to forest fires in Siberia – really). Going west eventually paid off in our start. The wind died as we rounded the top mark @ 1h10m. Started the Yamaha spinnaker and headed home during the dramatic sunset.
