Just to reassure you (this blog is all about me so I have to assume you are on tenderhooks) I did get up at 4:30a. I did manage to point the car in the right direction and I even made the flight. A long intense business meeting went well and was intellectually stimulating. The flight back was fine and I got home (after stopping for tacos – my lunch, by the way) before 9pm. Pretty long commute though (Kirkland-Union City-Kirkland).
